Really loving this ROM! :thumbup: the only issue I'm having is a gallery fc when I try and launch the app. Probably created the gallery issue myself somehow... Will be looking forward to that update.

Yes I know. That's what I was trying to say is that I'm very familiar with m-kernel. And I typically do a clean install about every other day as I bounce between D-AOKP , D-Rootbox, and PA. So I have done many install/restores on 36-37. I'm not worried about it. I posted that as way to say how trivial I had to go to find anything 'wrong' with 5.0

Having some significant battery drain on 5.0 + francos r47 kernel compared to 4.3 and r46. Not sure what the cause is, no new apps or anything different. Think I'm going back to the previous for now.

Where's the link for the version 5.0 of this ROM. When I click the link on the first page its for version 4.3.

Am I missing something....I obviously am

Anyone able to add another user? When I do, everything just fc. Sorry if this has been reported already. New to the ROM and really enjoying it.

This is a great rom. Got an N7 yesterday and installed this. I'm very impressed!

Is it only my feeling or there is much swifter webpages processing? Both Chrome and default internet browser.

On almost every rom I've tried, if you have a theme applied then multi users force close like crazy. Go back to the default system theme and you should be good.

I wish someone could figure out how to fix that, me and my wife each have our own user and so I miss out on all the amazing themes!

Oh, that's a good question.

I'm not sure on the ones included with this rom, but the ones I've tried on other roms were installed from market so they would be user. And since each user has there own apps, that would cause problems.

I'll try installing one to system and see if that works.

Experienced a serious bug today on version 4.3 with omega kernel r4

A sudden lagged occurred out of no where so I tried to open settings and it would force close instantly as well as any other app. When I would go to hold the power button to shut down it would reboot as soon as I would click the button and a 2 second nexus icon would appear and I would be right back where I was. So I did a hard reboot via the 3 buttons and I entered a boot loop. I was able to recover to my stock recovery, but this was seriously weird and I was thinking it could be the hardware. Reflashed 4.3 with mkernel and so far so good.

Running this really well. I got a question though, I dirty flashed v. 5 and I wanted lean kernel, but it stayed on m-kernel. Any ideas why?

    Installation Steps
    1. Backup current ROM via custom recovery
    2. Factory Reset, Wipe Cache, and Wipe Dalvik
    3. Flash Dirty AOKP v4.3.zip
    4. Choose the Aroma options you want.
    5. After selecting Additional Apps the ROM will be flashed
    6. Reboot when finished
    7. Enjoy!

    What features do you want to see added to Dirty AOKP? Apps, Mods, Kernels, anything, I will take every suggestion into consideration. :)

    Features wanted by users

    Dual-panel view - [ADDED]

    Note: For every release the base will be compiled same day.


    Tips

    • For status bar transparency to work you have to have a default launcher selected. This is what I experinced using Nova and the Stock Launcher.

    • Tablet UI Mode: If you want the Nav Bar/Status Bar to have vertically centered notification icons DO NOT adjust the Height of the Nav Bar.
    • When you enter Tablet UI(and select it) you should have not changed the Nav Bar Height. That is the only way it will look and stay vertically centered.
    • You may be able to changed it in Phablet UI, put it back to 48 dpi, then select Tablet UI, and reboot to enter Tablet UI. This may work I have not tried it yet.

    Nav Ring rework entails a new section in ROM Control. ;) Still a work in progress but it is working great.

    v5.1 will be amazing, PUB will be back, 4.2.2 Gapps added, kernel updates, and many other updates Ive yet to look into. :)

    I gotta work on getting KingBeatZ working correctly also. May end up going with v3.0.3, the last version with the BeatZ DSP manager.

    Lol I know I said like 2 days in a row that it was coming "today". I feel like both dirty ROMs need updated so I will TRY to do Dirty AOKP today(grouper, possibly tilapia too). Thank you all for your patience.
