Not necessarily bro, deleting the systemui.odex makes it workable

delete SystemUI.odex from /system/app/
it worked with me on 15.3.a.1.14 (4.2.2)
then i installed xperia flip settings + gravitybox now it's like aosp :good:

Can you please port this for Xperia C dual sim...
We mtk users are dying for updates..But it has been discontinued now...
We have to rely on porters to port it..
Hope you can port it for us..I would be very thankful to you.
