we have hTC_bootup.zip & htc_downanimation.zip ...so i need to use quitly rooted animation...which has 3 parts [ 3 folders ]..so how do i use quitly rooted???...
like i have to make zip wid d above names n paste those 3 folders in both d zip files?

Yep I got it. You can use the Quietly Rooted zip either while booting up your phone or while booting down. So, hTC_bootup.zip is for booting up and htc_downanimation.zip is while booting down. So, change the name of the downloaded bootanimation zip to whichever you want. Don't open the zip. Just change the name and replace it.

im unable to replace bootanimation.zip with existing file in system/media
it says copy task failed as its read only file system. im using the bootanimations provided by you in the thread.

We'll you've to give RW rights to your File Explorer.. I guess its in RO mode now. RO is read-only and RW of course means you can write (add, delete, edit, replace) too.

*Rename it to bootanimation.
*Go to /system/media.
*Copy-paste to replace the old bootanimation.zip with the one you downloaded.
*Set permissions as -rw-r--r--.
*Reboot and enjoy!
For Sense and Sense-based Roms:
*Go to /system/customize/resource.
*There you'll find couple of zip, namely, hTC_bootup.zip & htc_downanimation.zip.
{hTC_bootup is your bootanimation and htc_downanimation is the one you see when you "Power Off" your device}
*Now you can download whichever boot animation you want and rename it accordingly.
*Copy-paste to replace the old zips.
*Set permissions as -rw-r--r--.
*Reboot and enjoy!
To add boot-animation sound to NON-SENSE Roms:
[SHARE]
1. Download this shell script:

3. Run terminal emulator, and execute the following:
su
cd /sdcard
sh bootsnd.sh
4. Use a rooted file manager and navigate to /system/bin, and verify that there is now a file called bootsound there, and it has 777 (rwxrwxrwx) permissions. Modify the permissions to 777 if needed.
5. Place your desired sound file, renaming it android_audio.mp3, in /system/media.
6. Reboot and enjoy.
