There's no modified vold.fstab, you have to add some line ( i forgot ) to swap your memory in build.prop

Add at bottom of build.prop
persist.sys.vold.switchexternal=1
ro.vold.switchablepair=/storage/sdcard0,/storage/sdcard1

IMHO people should search more before asking. Questions about swapping of storages (that have already been answered) have nothing to do in a development thread.

no spacing required, i just separated two lines.
EDIT: a note: when doing backups, backup to /storage/sdcard1
