I love Vanilla Android, but am I the only one, who thinks that it is a little bit "uncolorful"? I decided to publish my Rom with more colors and other changes... so flash and enjoy.
Information:
based on CyanogenMod 10.2

system background fully black (normally there´s a light spot)

removed some "unuseful" apps

HALO
(... enable ParanoidAndroids wonderful floating notification and multitasking feature)
Enable/disable Low battery warning
(..enable or disable warning, when your battery gets empty)
Enable/disable fullscreen keyboard in landscape mode
(... enable or disable fullscreen keyboard in landscape mode, so you can read the chat while typing in - otherwise you can't see the chat)
Notificaton behavior
(... set if the notifications like SMS or WhatsApp should expand (show the text of the message) or not)
BatteryBar Settings
(... enable battery bar and set color, location (status or navigation bar) an height)
Center Clock Settings
(...center the clock)
Date Settings
(... adjust date format an set it befor the clock in status bar)
color settings
(... adjust color of the clock, battery circle, notification light, battery light, battery bar, etc)
navigation bar height settings
(... adjust the height of your navigation bar)

(... enable fullscreen status bar an you'll be able to swipe down the status bar in games or other full screen app, you can adjust the time of staying in)

(... adjust dual panel in settings and you'll have splitted settings like in ParanoidAndroid)
Screen-off animation
(... enable or disable screen-off animation)
Fast opening of the Quicksettings
(... quick open quicksettings when pulling down on the left or the right - or open quicksettings when no notification is there)
Lockscreen Rotation
(... enable lockscreen rotation and you can have the lockscreen in landscape mode when you rotate your phone)
Status Bar transparency and color
(... adjust the percentage number of the transparency and choose the color of your status bar)
Navigation bar transparency and color
(... adjust the percentage number of the transparency and choose the color of your navbar)
Dark Makocolors
(... enable Dark UI in the settings and your UI will become dark)
Brighness slider
(... option to activate the brightness slider in the notification bar (notification bar settings))
Tiles flipping
(... Qicksettings tiles are flipping when you push them)
System-DPI
(... adjust the dpi size of the whole system, that the UI changes it's size - SlimRoms)
Quicksettings-Switch
(... activate/deactivate the Quicksettings)

Installation:
Requirements: A different Recovery like TWRP or CWM must be installed!
Place Rom (Makocolors_X) and Gapps (gapps-jb-20130301-signed.zip) on the SD-Card of your Nexus 4
boot into Recovery
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache Partition
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Install .zip from SD-Card (Makocolors_XX.zip)
Install .zip from SD-Card (gapps-jb-20130301-signed.zip)
Reboot
coming from 4.2.2:
wipe data/factory reset (recommended)
wipe cache/dalvik cache
format /system (important!)
Install newest Bootloader (if you are not running the newest one)
Install Makocolors_2.x.zip
Install Gapps
Reboot

FAQ:
Q: Why I'm not able to turn the volume louder than about a half?
A: You have to uncheck the loudness security in the tone settings.
Q: Is there any chance to have Per-App-DPI?
A: Yes, download XPosed Installer, install XPosed framework and install the Module called "App Settings" (You must download this, too).
