Based on Official Samsung TW.
Only for G935F/FD-G930F/FD

Note:
My personal rom that I will share, I added the multi CSC to make it user friendly.
It is a project as it is, meaning no request!
My goal is to update to the latest.
Everything works that is in the rom.
 Stock feel and look with some extra's.


WARNING: YOU UNDERSTAND THAT INSTALLING CUSTOM FIRMWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
NO REQUESTS!!!


Installation:

  • You must have flashed a Android 7.0 Samsung Firmware with Odin.
  • TWRP recovery
  • Format data in recovery
  • First installation needs a full wipe! (Updating to newer releases a dirty flash will do)

  • Odexed rom
  • Aroma option to install SystemUI Mod
  • Aroma option to update modem and bootloader, choise of modems included
  • Aroma installation with CSC option and Gear and Weather widget option.

  • SD card permission fix
  • AppLock
  • Screenrecord included (available and accessible in quicksettings)
  • Screencapture quicksettings toggle
  • Face_Unlock

  • S-Healt works.
  • Private browsing works (Samsung Beta browser from playstore)
  • Private mode works
  • Safteynet passed
  • Full debloated and deKnoxed and Tima removed.
  • Removed all apps that are available in the Playstore and Galaxy Store.
In the Rom zip , start the zip installation and select mods you will get these options


  • Update and Online manual removed from settings
  • High volume warning removed
  • Unlock with finger print (After reboot)
  • Touch light settings activated (select the duration)
  • Centerclock available in Aroma

  • Fixed Prime video decryption failure error.
  • FakeKnox and permissive kernel are done with a Magisk module now (can be disabled in Magisk)

18/05/2018: Update to new base G935FXXU2ERE8

  • New Official Samsung Update for the S7 edge
  • Permissive kernel and fake knox is done by a Magisk Module
  • High Mobile standby battery drainage fixed by samsung
  • Clipboard Copy Paste function fixed (do not remove the Knox entry in the build.prop, this will break the clipboard)
20/05/2018: Update G935FXXU2ERE8-rev1:

  • Updater script changes, auto clean modem database (should fix the high battery drainage without full data wipe on this new base
  • GMS doze included
  • Screenrecord included (available and accessible in quicksettings)
  • Screencapture quicksettings toggle
  • Mixer gains included (louder headset and speaker volume)
  • Unlock with finger print (installed with the mod)
  • Outsidemode (installed with the mod)
  • Fixed samsung experience services FC when changes account picture.

  • GMS Doze removed, causing lag or fc in some apps

  • Mayor changes in installation process (SystemUI Layout mod moved to rom installation process as is the camera mod)
  • Default Rom mods and already included after installation are now Settings mod: Removed update and manual settings, Softtouch buttons light control, Outside backlight , SystemUI mod: High volume warning removed, unlock with fingerprint after reboot.
  • services.jar modded to allow all these changes and to disable signature check: This allows installation of modded apps with not the original signature and wiping dalvik cache when needed.
  • Separated mods on installation, with hidden buttons in statusbar or not.
  • Maybe something I forgot.......
  • Still a full odexed rom so still fast bootup.



17/6/2018: G935F-930F-XXU2EREM-Rev9.zip

  • Back to the usual installation, Full deodex works but I don't want that , I want the odex speed (clean install works , I tested it)
  • Screen mirroring (smartview) fix for the samsung tv. Thanks to Samuelgonzaled for pointing out this problem and giving the solution

  • Reverted to my sound tweaks, won't effect speakers, only the headset volume is increased (wired and Bluetooth).

  • Standby drain fix by samsung
  • Removed mods hidden buttons and Zerocamera mod (stability is more important)

edit:sorry,I see stock kernel..

I installed on flat(930f)
had to change modem and kernel images...
flashed over dev-base,no wipes in twrp...
got true stock permissive kernel...:cowboy:

Beautiful and clean rom. I just miss one simple thing, it's applock. Not a deal breaker for me, I've added by myself.

Maybe u will include it in future update? I know u made this rom for yourself...but... It's a good stock future ?

I didn't like the app lock feature, I use the Bitdefender one , much better with smart unlock options.

Will do in the next release , I will only include the bootloader in the rom zip.
The Modem will be in a Odin package.

Next release will have a aroma option for this with more then one modem to pick from or none. (DQD2, DQD7, DQE8) for now.
The aroma will also give a option just to update the modem without the need to reinstall the whole rom.

The rom mod (3minit, volume warning,..) will also be available in the aroma in feature releases.
The same goes for floating Airmessages

    • services.jar modded to allow all these changes and to disable signature check: This allows installation of modded apps with not the original signature and wiping dalvik cache when needed.
