It's safe unless you have issues. Make sure you backup. I have been dirty flashing each of the new builds without any problems.
Thanks for building AOSB for us while we waited for an official to come out. I guess this thread will die then.

I would but I kinda wanna keep it open. Just in case the next android update isn't supported, then I can build it again and then this thread would be re opened. Idk.

I had that same problem on a recent carbon build. i don't know if it has been fixed.
All these builds, from 1.2.9, oddly get stuck at minimal CPU frequencies at times, where the lag is unbearable. And even if I set profiles with SetCPU, it does nothing... Some kernel used for 1.3.1 solved that issue for me, but isn't working on this because it causes that Com.android.phone issue every few seconds.
Just had a random reboot that wiped my SMS database and reset a bunch of settings. Really disappointed, I was starting to like this ROM.
I'm running 1.3.2 with stock kernel and at first I had two random reboots that I saw but have not had any issues since. This is my DD and I don't experience any lag. My battery life is amazing.
Found an issue at least on my device. The messaging apk force closes when I try to send mms messages. Hangouts works fine which is what I mainly use.

Go into settings/halo and multiwindow/ and disable halo. then when you open your recent apps long press on any active app and it should give you an option for split view2
Use this one and profit delete the camera and galley and install
