I'm Not developer of this ROM, i just place it here!

What's new:
- New MIUI version
- Incoming Call Fix
Features:
- Miui version 6.2.4
- CM11 4.4.4 kitkat based
- OC kernel builded for Miui use
- SELinux disabled
- f2fs support (you need recovery which supports f2fs)
- multilanguage
- Google Apps (GAPPS) included

Bugs:
- Compass, Radio, Browser not working.

Download firmware:
YaDisk / MediaFire / MEGA

Patches:
SuperSU (If someone needs)

Other:
How to change weather location.
If GPS not working try this.

So, installing as privlidged app works, but that's really stange, why it isn't working.... It isn't kernel fault in fact...

doesnt install apps only when you try to put the files in app and chmod 777

I like it but it will be useless if cant install apps

I can't try it, cuz I have to be on phone, but could you try flashing root browser as a system app, and then changing permissions of system and whole /data to rw-r-r???
