I got an error as well trying to flash it on Perception 9. Threw caution to the wind and just copied the files from the zip over and it worked great.

did 1.1.3a just not work for you or did you just not upgrade. Do you have the stock lockscreen?

I tried 1.1.3A after I flashed the JL3 modem on P8 and my phone went in to a boot loop. So, after starting over from scratch, I tried 1.1.3 and no issues. Was aprehensive about trying it with P9 but installed just fine. And yes, I have the stock lockscreen.

Sorry, didn't see this post after I replied to you over in Perception. Did you do it in Rom Manager or did you boot into recovery?

Like I stated before, you can just copy the files over into system/framework using something like Root Explorer. Been using it since Perception 9 was released without a hitch.

Of course, always back up your originals in case you need to push them back using adb.

PS again: First boot when changing the android.policy.jar will always take several minutes to boot so give it some time.

Should also probably state that I used the 1.1.3 version for JK3

Working on Doc's Rom Mod v4 JPU with Setrion's 1300 1.4.6 kernel and some of my own little mods. I did have to use Root Explorer due to me borking CWM ULK recovery. (separate issue that has nothing to do with the theme.)

WARNING: Please have a back up plan before flashing this or wait until someone more experienced than you flashes and says it works with x ROM.

WARNING 2: Sometimes it takes a really long time (several minutes) to boot after flashing android.policy.jar. Be patient if you see the boot animation for a long time after flashing this.

Hey gtg, this is a good looking theme. I'm curious how you made the vertical divider lines visible in the options menu. I put a theme together for the htc incredible and that is the last part I need to figure out. Thanks!

Here's some pointers I posted in another thread...
