Help me plese, G flex D958 don't go in factory reset

I have a big problem with my G Flex D958: my son made a mistake with "guest mode" and i'm not able to return to normal mode. The only thing is to do a factory reset but in guest mode is no possible ( power + volume down don't work, only "download mode" work) like the Lg assistance told to me.
So, i don't have the official .tot file for D958 model ( only for F340k i see), what can i do??please help me!!!:crying::crying::crying:

As long as you can get into download mode then you can re-flash the stock firmware. http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2644083. Just make sure to download the right kdz file.

first i would try this
1 Turn the power off.
2 Press and hold the POWER/LOCK Key + VOLUME Down Key on the back of the
phone.
3 Release the POWER/LOCK Key + VOLUME Down Key when the LG logo is
displayed, then press and hold the VOLUME Down Key + VOLUME Up Key again.
4 Release all keys when the Factory hard reset screen is displayed.
5 Select Yes using VOLUME UP/Down Key and press the POWER/LOCK Key to
continue or select No using VOLUME Up/Down Key and press the POWER/LOCK
Key to cancel.
6 Select Yes using VOLUME Up/Down Key and press the POWER/LOCK Key
once more to confirm or select No using VOLUME Up/Down Key and press the
POWER/LOCK Key to cancel.

Why can't you get into normal mode? You just enter your normal pattern instead of the guest mode pattern?
