Hello,

I just successfully completed my first CM 11 flash after going through the
stock Gingerbread-->CM9-->CM10.2-->CM11.0 process. I did not
flash a kernel as the instructions said it was not necessary. I have two questions
relating to a new installation of Titanium Backup under CM11.0

First, I receive a warning from TB stating that I need to turn on USB Debugging.
Where do I do this in KitKat? I did the trick to turn on developer options, but all
I see under debugging is Android Debugging and USB Debugging Notify. Where
do I simply enable USB Debugging?

Second, on my first run of TB I received a message that the rooting of the device
may have been effected by the ROM flash. Each subsequent run of TB now warns:

Your SU binary (version "16 com.android.settings") is functional but might not work reliably
on some Android 4.3+ ROMs. If you encounter any issues in TB, please try SuperSU instead.
If this is a problem can I reroot, or do I have to install SuperSU? I originally rooted stock
Gingerbread with Superoneclick and installed superuser.

Thanks for any help,

Thanks for any help,

1. Just check "Android Debugging".
2. It's okay, TiBu doesn't seem to like CM's integrated SuperUser, but in my use cases it works just fine.

I too noticed the same TB warnings and also just turned on 'android debugging' & also 'allow unknown sources' under security and turn them off again - warnings come back. But wasn't sure myself of the su warning so glad to see it brought up and works fine for others. :)
