Dear Daniel,
I am seeing a very periodic loss of wifi connectivity. Every about 11 minutes the connection is lost and i have to reconnect to wifi connection which then works fine for 11 minutes and so on. Any pointers to how i can check log / debug the issue? I will appreciate if anyone else can confirm such strange wifi behaviour.
Thanks.
I'm mostly on Omni6 now. (though in a newer build that I'm testing). I watched local on-line news (with YouKu) for 15 min. now. Wifi still connecting.
1. I didn't install Gapps because I can't access google services locally. It might be the reason.
2. I was on 5G. I'm on 2.4G for another 15 min. now. Still streaming.
3. I root it with SuperSU 2.5.2
4. I only install a few apps (ES, GPS status, Power menu, Youtube and Youku)
I'll try again with Gapps on VPN later (may be really later)...
It would be better if you provide the log.
After 2 days worked hard on new rom found out one thing strange never happened on all rom cook before, that is during running an app or browsing a website will be appeared an big black dot with diameter around 1cm at center bottom of screen, time about 5 seconds then disappeared during these times it get heavy lag
Finally it run smoothly but little bit heavy
Continue with the above. I don't have any black cube at center but I think I know why. If some apps has a missing resource (eg. icon) or didn't support a certain resolution, (mdpi and hdpi mostly for our tab) It might happen. There would be a log too. Since you didn't provide the log. You have to check it yourself. :cyclops:
WiFi disconnects every few minutes
Stock browsers can't download anything ,even tried other browsers
But overall works pretty nicely
1. Same as the above. It might be Gapps related but you didn't provide further detail. I'm on a newer build. I might be the reason too...
2. M has more permission settings for apps. For security reason, most of the permissions are disabled by default.
In case of Browser, you may check Settings > Apps > Browser > permissions. If you can't download, I think storage permission is OFF.
The new features are already mentioned in the release note from Google. There are more waiting for us to explore.
Already install 1411 build ...
It's show SD Card not support want to format is it bug from CM....
Can I make my exFat work without format?
Already mentioned in Post #2, please read.
My device P6800 have been running Marshmallow with:
- Omni-6.0-20151114-p6800-HOMEMADE.zip (last build so far)
-gapps-600-base-20151022-2-signed.zip ( Daniel-hk offer from beginning)
it work well and today see gapps update have new gaaps named: gapps-600-base-20151114-p6800-HOMEMADE.zip with more updated apps so try to flash with this gap but failed , after flash rom Omni succeed then during flashing gapps, it crashed and turn back recovery... try 2 time is the same !
Gapps again. I have mentioned many times, I can't access Google services locally. Therefore I didn't test much. I'll test it with VPN later...
I think I would put another background info. on Gapps in post #2 later. Hoping it might clarify the situation.

Just flashed the new version on my P6200. Flashed only the rom.zip and the gps.zip (with wipe cache/dalvik cache afterwards). After reboot to system there was no setup wizard - only start screen with the "ok-bubble". Was able to configure the system within settings (wifi, language, developers options) but SIM was not found!
After that I flashed gapps.zip and supersu.zip (with wipe cache/dalvik cache afterwards). After reboot (long time) to system setup wizard and google service crashed permanently FC !!. System was not usable, even launcher didn't appear. Managed to reboot into TWRP. Did a factory reset and tried to reboot to system again. That time I was stuck at the onmi boot logo, so I have to long press the power button to reboot again. Before that I removed the SD card.
This time the system has booted without any problem and the setup wizard started directly. But also this time no luck with the SIM.

After all that I had to connect my P6200 to the power supply because battery was gone from over 80% to 10% in that short time.
After charging to 100% I'll find out what battery live will do.
I don't know why you can't see the SIM. The blobs and libraries are LP and M ready now. It works without any problem on my p6800. I've been testing it for quite some time. I can tell you, almost all features in the baseband (include video calls but we don't have the app) are supported now.
I use the same blobs and libraries for p6200 and p6800 (also t869 too). I'm quite sure it is working faultless now.
Again, try without Gapps first. Since you already had factory reset, I think you better check the contact points of your sim card. Since our tab use a regular SIM card, I suppose you might use an adapter like me. Sometimes, it would cause bad contact easily.
To all:
It is really not my position to teach how to use. I'm not an expert in applications... Please read and share. It's about time to learn new things.
I lost count how many times I have said. Detail is the essence of a report. A list of what you have installed, the log, screenshots and/or pictures are always helpful. It might be bulky and boring but It helps understanding each other and save time.
