Dear people ,
Xolo again has bought us a fabulous product , I happen to get my hands on this one , Unfortunately during porting TWRP , i lost my original recovery , The purpose of creating this thread is to bring all XOLO A 500 Club owners & MTK 6572 Developers to help us bring some new development dierection to this new product .

Bro, from where can I get the stock rom for Xolo A500 Club?

That's the problem , this phone stock rom is unavailable , i am only hoping that some link could be bought here

The phone has recently got an update.
And now has messed up everything.
The main camera is clicking dark photographs even in the broad daylight.
The float window had an app killer button which is also gone.

Is there way to rollback the update?

Rollback not possible without any rom repository

I agree the new rom update has problems so i had started modifying the internals but problem is how on earth do i backup the new rom without the help of any recovery for this device ;(

created fb group join... let me decide to make roms or not ... it depends on how many users it had

The phone does not gets detected by mtk droid tools..i tried 2,3 vrsions..any solution??

did u tried USB debugging On and the phone should be rooted to be used by mtk droid tools

I know these things bro..turned usb debugging on..rooted the phone..i just wanted to compile cwm..and dump the stock rom..but its nt getting detected..you can give a try if u want to check..

I knw how to compile a cwm..i have compiled it for my phone..but this phone is nt gettint detected..if it gets dtected then i can easily compile a cwm..

Stock apps deleted (music player and browser)

hey bro i have lost the stock browser and music player apks from system/apps....
Can anyone post those 2 apks for me

So the phone received Kitkat update and now they have integrated whatsapp and some other apps. Performance is a bit better but does anyone knows how to remove inbuilt app?
I know it requires rooting and there wont be any update coming for this phone so it's ok to root it now but can someone share the rooting procedure with kitkat update?
