[ROM] insanity CM 057 [21.12.2011] - Multi DPI

Well, it says that they`ve installed, both EN ONLY AND EN/ES, I`ve no idea what each on means, but first I tried the EN/ES and no joy, then the other one and that went in, but still no keyboard, then I did the other one and that went in ok, but again, still no keyboard, now, lol, I have no keyboard to type, what a gob ****e, lol

Try the ones I posted they work! Always have 2 keyboards,2 launchers! Doh!

Just a thought:
Did you fix 'permissions'?Just for your info---whenever I want to manually push any app to system/app,I first copy it to the systems folder,fix the permissions and then move it into the systems/app folder,all using Root explorer.

Finally got a Swype going, I was`nt sure about the permissions, I just ticked them all and rebooted and it worked, I have the flat black Swype, I had for ages, but the word suggestion window is`nt great, hard to make out the words..

Edit: NICE!!...
My new Swype..

usin newest swype beta over here so! works like a charm

got the version with all languages runnin`... ok its not themed
but hey its just a keyboard

runnin straight cm atm ... i`ve read about a way to update without loosin
anything instead of settings ... well can i use insanity like dat? i mean as an "update" for a straight cm?

when changin permissions u can just take a look at the other apk in the same folder ... give nu things the same perms and ur ok

When updating insanity to insanity all data, settings, user apps stay put, you just have to re flash the cm packs and nitrality apps, easy

I had a look at the other permissions in data/app and there readX3 all ticked and read/write ticked, where as the one I installed I just ticked them all, it`s working fine tough, lol.

ok got it now, just had to delete ThemeChooser.apk from /sdcard/insanity/nitrality folder

Just tried you Insane theme Nitr8, I was never a fan of the green ****e, but this is GOOD, very nice green, dialer, contacts and especially market are VERY nice!!

Edit: Any chance the lock screens will be themed?

Also have you moved it to the phone?

Get the red press swype zip. Delete existing ones from system/app and lib swype core.so from
system/lib. Replace them from red swype. Good to go

Neo redux v5 with led. Use nitrality and flash cwm package. Done

Updated Installation Instructions

Easy Peasy Installation for Insanity cm31 and higher,

Case 1:
Currently on any Samsung 2.3.3 or 2.3.4 ROMs (stock or custom, you already have Gingerbread Bootloader (GBL))
• Enter CWM recovery (If you are on stock Samsung, install speedmod or another kernel which gives you this).
• Wipe data/factory reset
• Go to mounts and storage, format system , go back.
• Go to advanced, wipe dalvik cache.
• Go to Install zip file, select zip file, select Insanity cmxx.zip and Install insanity.
• Reboot to system.
• Flash another kernel using nitrality if you need, gapss.

Case 2:
Currently on 2.1 or 2.2 samsung roms (stock or custom)
• If you don’t have CWM recovery, install a kernel for 2.1 or 2.2 which gives you that.
• Download Odin from here if you don't have odin already and GingerBread Bootloaders (GBL).
• Load GBL in PDA, click on bootloader update and reset time. Nothing else.
• Once odin says pass with a green bar, pull battery.
• Enter CWM recovery, wipe data/factory reset.
• Go to mounts and storage, format system , go back.
• Go to advanced, wipe dalvik cache.
• Go to Install zip file, select zip file, select Insanity cmxx.zip and Install insanity.
• Reboot to system.
• Flash another kernel using nitrality if you need, gapss.

Currently on Cm7/Insanity(30 and older)/MIUI with Froyo bootloaders
