Have you all tried using CPU tweaks located below the tools yet? Or maybe the CPU profiles in the tools app instead of using the from control stuff?

Yep, i've tried it all dude. I tried using the built in CPU tweaks, the Beater app, uninstalled beater & tried dameon controller & uninstalled both & tried bypassing the daemon & using No Frills & SysTune to control it & still no dice. Only thing i could do was just remove the daemon altogether & just use my SysTune app to get anything to stick. I use Systune to watch my CPU & CPUSpy when i had Systune frozen. Something about the sleep state that messes everything up. I would've never even known before but i happened to see my CPU above 1Ghz one time & started playing around with it & found it never did stick. Usually not too big of a deal but like i said, when i get above 1ghz ICS, it gets unstable. I have always had problems with Andrev not sticking on the right frequencies, even on Absolution, but when i'd install the virtuous daemon instead, it always works great but since virtuous isn't an option anymore i'm searching for a Virtuous daemon script download but can't find any good downloads. The last 5 links i've tried from Google wasn't a good file or was expired so i'm searching for the installation script since, for whatever reason, Virtuous always works on my device & Andrev never seems to. It's kinda aggravating cuz ICS seems to run so much smoother using the daemon
Edit: Ok, someone in Q&A found me a good link to a virtuous daemon & it is working great as always. Thanks for the replies guys :')
Errr wait, it was the guy right above me that found it, thanks biglittlegato!
P.S. I hit the "thanks" button on several of ur posts but i guess i'm out of "thanks" for the day :'(
