It should if ur baseband suupports vietnamese.... Check it... But first make a nandroid backup... a
if you want too revert back to stock font , then go to

CWM>BACKUP & RESTORE> ADVANCED RESTORE>LAST BACKUP> RESTORE SYSTEM>REBOOT

Thread updated with your requested font. I tried to change the lockscreen Clock font. But it didn't change. Clock font didn't change. Anyway I couldn't upload stock fonts cause i am not in stock rom and my pc's motherboard crashed.... If you are on stock font can you just upload the DroidSans.ttf & DroidSans-Bold.ttf for me.... Thanks....

if ur font data collection doesn't show or fonts are not getting updated in opera mini,u have to hard reset ur device! try making a backup of ur important apps with TB & then do hard reset.

Well.... when this font data calculation shows up.... It takes a lot of tym time to finish and then opera mini doesn't work... It just don't connect to internet....

go to opera:config→use bitmap font for complex script→select no then try again.
