This question may have been asked before but how do I change my apps with the according .PNG files in the icon pack?
And would reflashing the rom be the only way to remove this?

As a whole the theme is not compatible with RC1 (I am assuming this as it has been incompatible with every beta since 2)
I have tested and am running the Gmail, Calendar, Calculator, and Messaging apps. Simply use ES File Explorer, or some other root explorer app to copy the apps to /system/app (I would advise backing up the originals or run a full backup from recovery) overwrite the stock apps, reboot to recovery and clear dalvik cache, reboot and you should be good to go.

This is a smooth ICS Blue theme I made for CM9 and AOKP. I tried to add everything I wanted modified into this theme and spent a lot of time on it.
Warning: I highly recommend that you flash this theme after booting up from a fresh install of the ROM and gapps. If you ever have any problems with a nandroid restore or bootloop: Just Reboot into Recovery, wipe cache and dalvik cache, and re-flash your ROM and gapps. Then flash the theme again!
