[SOLVED] How to remove preinstalled apps

Hi, some days ago i installed this stock rom but there are some preinstalled apps, wich i can´t uninstall :crying: .
Can you tell me, how to uninstall them? /they are 3Apps, Planet3, 3Kundenzone and 3MobileTV as you can see on image below/

Dont worry, i tried but i found only these two posts

Edit: Ok. Thnaks Milan, i rooted my phone and i installed App Master, worked perfectly. Problem solved.
