on soldier's rom, im not getting any fc's. I flashed reno's because people on telegram group said it would be fine to dirty flash from soldier's 1.5 to reno's

yep Dirty flash from 1.5 to Oreo 0.1 then reboot and see only AOD SystemUI Crashed.
reboot Dirty Flash Solidier 1.5 and works ^^
Jut done a full wipe/format. Doing a clean install now.
You can't dirty flash between ROMs then come here and tell us it has issues with FC.

Nope, no one has managed to get it working on Oreo on the S8 yet unfortunately.
Did you choose fingerprint unlock after reboot mod?im getting system UI fc on setup screen, full wiped. pls help
I chose that, and I have no FC. But I didn't dirty flash, I did full wipe.
I also chose no CSC mods.
(I flashed my own CSC files)
Use fingerprint unlock after reboot to enabled for now. We will fix that issue.
okay, will try that now. so is it fine sir to dirty flash coming from your 1.5 to this rom?
As per Soldier's ROM, this one is also still unable to access Samsung Email app settings. It just does nothing when you press the settings button.
Is working just fine for me here
There were a number of us with the problem in the Telegram chat a few days ago.
It's not like I can do anything wrong. I setup an exchange account. I press settings. Nothing happens.
It might work for you, but it doesn't for me. I'm just reporting the issue. It's up to you guys if you want to look into it. As far as I know, it's not an issue with the official Oreo beta, which may or may not indicate an issue with the ROM, or your source.
