ROM and KERNEL FEATURES


First in the world and Full S8+ port for S7e/S7 Exynos​

1. Nougat based on S8+ Nougat Firmware and lastest S7e.
2. Fix Brightness, autobrightness, bluetooth,...
3. AOD S8+ full functions
4. Ported S8+ camera by me:
- Full ported Bixby Vision
- All work except and cover camera (will fix later).
5. Fixed all Bixby stuffs.
6. Bring back all Private Mode stuffs.
7. KHONGLOI_CONTROL:
- Show/hide Power Menu on Lockscreen
- Enable/Disable Safe Volume Notification
- Show/hide Keyboard Switching Notification Icon
- Battery options
- Some features include enable/disable fingerprint wakeup, persistent notification, notification reply directy on lockscreen
- more features will come later
- virtual button option
- AOD home button setting
- Touchwiz transition effect setting

1. INSTALLATION​

- Download ROM, OMC-CSC
- Download one of S8-port kernel (recommend TPG and Moro)
- Prepare yourself to not get lost of available aroma options.
- Know well your operator CSC/OMC code.
- Install ROM.
- Install CSC/OMC and choose right one
- Then install Kernel (because aroma do not support file larger than 2GB).
- Full wipe required.
- If you see kernel is not seandroid enforcing, it is normal because I use new selinux stuffs. Nothing to worry.


2. CSC SUPPORT
If you want support for your country/operator csc and conserving all features moded, you should:
1. Edit cscfeature.xml and cscnetwork.xml
- Use my rom /mod-custom/CSC/XXV/system/omc/XXV/ as base.
- Replace any duplicate csc tag form your operator to mine
2. Test to see conflicts.
- If have conflicts, try to identify what blocks, lines causing issues.

NOTES​
1. I have very little time here because:
- I have life.
- My main phone is N920T.
- S7e is my wife's phone so very sensitive to touch it :D

2. So, please try to find and help fixing things together.

    V3 online included new base, fixes.

    To avoid chaos as in Note 5 forums:

    1. I spent much time to develop it for free (although I can not test all), so please:
    - Carefully read installation instruction,
    - Download right files,
    - Install in right order,
    - Choose right options.

    2. Included Secure Folder fix but can not test because I can not full-wipe my wife's phone.

    3. Because people want volte, specific operator things, I collected huge new S8+ csc/omc system. But my time is not infinite, so I just could modded for some csc/omc as in change log only.
    If your operator's csc/omc is not in change log list, you have two options:
    a) Use XXV (default one), you will have all features I modded but loose operator specific things.
    b) Try to contribute by modding your operator's csc/omc using guide in OP. It's simple, just need Notepad++, comparing skill and a little of time.
    Then of course, after modding and all go well, share to us.

    4. If modded CSC has some conflicts, try to identify it by divide cscfeatures.xml and csc_network_features.xml in blocks and test.
