Still in very early days. Many things are not working, expect lots of bugs.

Install Guide

Note: CM for Galaxy S4 Mini is provided with no warranty. You are installing this software at your own risk. You may be violating your warranty.

BACKUP FIRST!!!
1. Copy rom and gapps to sdcard
2. Boot into recovery of your choice
3. Wipe cache, system, Davlik/ART cache and data
4. Install rom and gapps
5. Reboot

1)file manager not working at all
2)(settings/status bar/status bar icons/clock/show hours,minutes,seconds)doesnt work
3)power menu in (settings/buttons) force closes
4)cannot customize the battery meter

the october 8 build was better than this
the file manager was working,
though the battery meter cannot be customized

Is this LTE or 3G version?
Please split the files for the 2 versions as this is confusing for installing.
In my case i have serrano3G and i am not sure which version is this.

enjoyed, is already good for daily use, only a few small bugs such as H + that does not appear with substratum issues, but nothing that hinders the use, hoping new features, very good job.

Great job! was wondering if the i9192 was ever going to get a dedicated cm14 thread. thanks for stepping up to the task! as for me, cm14 seems stable enough (just my opinion) and i am using it as a daily driver, i found a bug where changing the battery icon doesn't work, it just remains as battery icon in portrait. thanks again.

It great to have cm14 thread for duos users. I was afraid of being left out, as i9190 and i9195 always get an update together. I am glad you are working on it and Hope you are with us. ^_^, Wish you health and power to keep up the good work.

New build is up. The app permission popup window bug is still present so use @glkanth77 's suggestion and give permissions manually
