Ballpoint like stylus?

So i recently picked up a galaxy tab 8.9 for my fiance and she asked if i can find her sort of a ballpoint-styled stylus for it. Is there even one like that that you guys might have noticed or use?

Any recommendations?

How is the Jot? I really want a more pinpoint style stylus. I have a griffin one, but it's really fat tipped. :/
