Upon scanning some threads, I just found this useful thread, might be to some who doesn't know :) so I'm sharing it.

This thing happens to some. credits to @bananagranola

Important: If you delete SuperUser before you grant rights to SuperSU you lose your root and need to either reflash the ROM or flash the zip I linked above).

After experiment, I found out that the cause of unrooting if I install backup script in the option. You can also disable survive in OTA. Not sure. Need future test. I also notice that after flashing. The rom is slow to drag...
