[4.3+][Port]Sony Xperia C3 Precious Selfie Camera

Hello, I want to share my work with my friends, @Ben Ling to port C3 Precious Selfie camera apps made by Sony Mobile Taiwan to avalaible for all xperia devices.
So, this apps 100% chinese languages and i mostly 50% has translate to english. Very difficult to translate and edit because need editing png for translate to english.

I have seen the screenshots on internet, this one's different, just like "ar effect" and "ar effect for line" are different...
this one is officially in chinese only...
