Gest a ,,minor" request
-could something be done whit loud in-call volume probleme? It is very very very annoing
-and the notification light - could you make them blink and not to stay on all the time we get an ,,event"?
Thanks, looks like market is not crashing anymore.
But have you seen line ~2600 and below in this log: http://logcat.miui.us/564010 ?
Some andreno / EGL related crash and then some runtime stuff (all services died so it was probably the 'hard' reboot).
Hi
I have a Problem with Wifi.
I cant activate it.
Logcat says:
http://logcat.miui.us/571011
In data was no misc folder:
So i created it (mkdir misc )
and created the file wpasuplicant.conf (touch suplicant.conf)
but no change (it would be to easy)
Another "problem" is that everytime i restart the it says: Android is upgrading
Iam using an EU HD2 (germany O2) with Mgldr, 4gig Sdcard and 40ad2sdx-a2Recovery.zip.
Calling and Bluetooth is working

Hi,
I am using CM9 1.1 with 40ad2 script and trying to use the USB tethering. After launch, the screen freezes and the phone needs to be rebooted. Was wondering if USB tethering is working (seems to be indicated in features list).
This was fresh install (wipe all cache), reboot, install 40ad2xxx script, fix permission, reboot. Everything else I tried worked as expected (did not try camcorder/camera).
Any help would be appreciated.

Additional info: was using the wired_tether 1.4 suggested in the first post.
thats magldr 1.13 ....I can't charge my phone while it's powered off... as soon as I plug in the adapter it boots up... is that a feature hidden in the "Dev Options?"
Well, I installed wired_tether 1.4, enabled it, and didn't get any error messages.
But I didn't try it with PC.
So I cannot 100% ensure that wired_tether works for ICS.
Volume problem is related to A2SD scripts, not this ROM.
Regarding notification light, flash lights.htcleo.so_from_Gpc_GB_ROM.zip.
You will have blinking notification light.
First thks for the lights zip.
Second i do not use any a2sd scripts. tierd of having an issue related to them. So i dont know why is this bug.
I reexpose the problem. when i initiate or when i get a call the volume in the headset is very loud. if i press volume + and then - the volume comes to normal and all is good. Whitout this +- thing even at minim volume i can hear the other person even if i hold my phone at 30 cm away from my ear.
OK. I understand your volume question now.
It's normal for all GB and ICS ROM.
Gpc made a libaudio.so for GB to remember the adjusted in-call volume.
But that file is not compatible with ICS. And no source code available.
awfull...just awfull.
Maybe in the future some fix. Will try to search for someone that can have a look at this and maybe a lib for ics.
thks.
I suspect it's related to your SD card and 40ad2sdx-a2Recovery.zip.
Try to delete /sdcard/Android folder first.
Or use another clean SD card.
Try installing this rom without a2sd script.. lots of issues I read here are caused by a2sd scripts... you know the android builtin 'move app 2 sd' function works great
I have upgraded everything in IceCramTosti to your v1.1 base except the broadcom firmware and haven't seen a single BSOD I can almost certanly confirm the broadcom firmware is the issue.
Great work tytung ! Your work is awesome to say at least
Thank you for your fast reply
that not helped. It just changed my systemlanguage to englisch
So i started all over.
