I love this phone but the settings app looks a bit weird any way to get stock aosp settings on this phone or any way to theme setting

You can change between list and tab view in the settings app through the menu, but it still won't be exactly like the AOSP settings... Only way to truly get that currently is to flash an AOSP based rom onto your phone.
