Can I rerun AROM without a full wipe?

Wanted to change some of my choices without reinstalling everything.
If yes, how?

Seems you can re-flash the ROM without clearing any cache.
Aroma will satrt again and you can change your choices.
Watch seems to keep all software and settings...
