Ok flashed cm9 booted right up!!! Almost there!! Thank you.. Ok waited 25 minutes and proceeded to flash slim saber. Followed the directions to the t and at moment it's slim saber logo. Remember u saying takes awhile for first boot.. Hoping that is what the issue.. If for some reason can't get this to work, is there another rom you would recommend..

I know it's a long read, but lumin made sure that it is extremely easy to follow. One bonus is that if ANYTHING goes wrong with your phone, all you have to do is use your Heimdall One Click file to restore your phone to a working state. It's worth investing your time in learning how to use it.1
I think the OP updated his original post that he thought he was rooted, but then updated to indicate to that he now realizes he isn't actually rooted, or at least that is what I understood it to mean.
@Cheony81, if you are rooted, FB is correct, and Superoneclick will not do you a bit of good, however, if you are not rooted, then you do indeed need to get root first, and you can use the file, but read Lumin's guide, and go step by step. It really is that awesome a resource. Follow it to the letter.11
