ROMS with Sim Toolkit

Hi Guys,

Which ROMs have SIM Toolkit BUILT IN (I don't want to "cook" a modified ROM) to them? Ideally, it would be great if it's 4.4 or above?

4.4.2 GE, example: Dandroid, Echoe Kitkat GE.

In Arrow ROM STK is present and I am using it to switch between SIM cards with my Dual SIM adapter.
