[APP][4.0+]AppWererabbit (Toolbox)

AppWererabbit is a set of tools developed to help you manage app and apk files on your smartphone and tablet.

Tools:
★ App Backup & Restore - Backup app (.apk file), allow fast app re-install without the needs of Play Store, also support auto-backup and multi versions
★ Backup & Restore app's data (ROOT and BusyBox required)
★ App List Backup - Backup the list of installed apps for easy install on your new device, support multiple lists
★ App2SD (Move apps to SD) - Identify and facilitate the moving of apps that support this function to SD card
★ App Cache Cleaner - An 1-Tap Cleaner that also perform on schedule
★ App Sharer - Share interesting apps you discovered with your friends
★ Apk Installer - Search the device's storage for .apk files for easy installation
★ Apk Renamer - Search the device's storage for .apk files for individual or bulk rename to a custom name format
★ Apk Organizer - Organize backed up apk into custom labels for easy retrieval
★ Installs History - Keep track of apps installation
★ App Permissions - Helps identify apps with privacy concerns
★ Send To Storage (Send to SD card) - Handy tool to copy/move files from any app

There are tons of apps on Play Store with above abilities, but most contains ads and/or analytics.

If you're looking for one that is free and ads less, why not give this one a try.

*** Important notes ***
(1) App backup cannot backup data or settings of an app, only the apk file. As of v4.0.0, AppWererabbit will backup/restore data and settings.
(2) Support for App2SD is dependent on your device's Android implementation.
(3) Support for facebook, Dropbox, etc... requires corresponding app client installed.
(4) On Jelly Bean (4.2+), it is not possible to remove cache completely, approx. 12KB remain, this is a system behaviour.
(5) On KitKat (4.4+), it is no longer possible to directly write to SD card storage, referred to as secondary external storage, this restriction is imposed by Android. As of v6.0.0, support backup to external SD card on Android 5+.

I love the fact it does not require root! :) Could you implement a "share" function for apps? So that I can share a link to the play store or even the apk? it would be nice to have at least the first one, or not? :)

Both share store link and apk is available.

- On Installed Apps screen, tap required app to pull up the menu, select "Share store link".

- On Backuped Apps screen, tap required app to pull up the menu, select "Send apk", this share the apk with the highest version code.

- On Backuped versions screen, tap the version you want share, select "Send apk".

Nice App man! I like it but if you could add the function of backup and restoring app data& settings and the option to freeze apps (for root users?) that would be awesome because then me and I think also other people could use this app as fully replacement of Titanium Backup (or other backup app) + we have the other good functions which are in your toolbox! I hope you will add this functions asap that would be great:good:

Would be nice to get some experience with rooted devices, but replacing Titanium Backup is a tall order, you over estimated me. http://xdaforums.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

Haha maybe over the time! I believe in you:) For the beginning backup data/restore and freezing apps would be enough (for me);) I think this options would made the app useful as replacement of TB (surely for me) :good: I don't know how hard it is to make this function but if you could make it -> AWESOME:D

Would like to simplify current layout before doing multi-select backup.

The backup folder is always below the "Base folder", just point the Base folder to the new folder on your SD card.
Refer to Backup & Restore FAQ-9 inside app for howto.
