it's beta cause i am sure i prob missed something. want to wait till way more people than just me have tried her out.
I only found two issues so far:

1. Built-in portable hotspot gets stuck turning on wifi and have to reboot to get out of it. TrevE's beta version of WiFi Tether works though. :)

2. Camera takes video but gallery can't play them back. This seems to be a problem with all the ROM's based on agrabren's CM10. MX Player works to play them back so at least there's a workaround.

Good news:

1. Google Voice works.
2. YouTube works.
3. Netflix works.
4. WiMax 4G works (of course ;))

Good job!

Thanks much for testing! Sorry, I hadn't actually had the chance to test WiFi Tether, I'll grab his beta and put it on my list for next release.

You're welcome.

One minor thing that's not really a problem but just something to note is that since Google Maps is not installed by default, Google Now will FC when pressing "show details" for any of the cards. The solution is easy, just install Google Maps.

    Re: [ROM] - P.A.C.MAN v. 21.0.0 BETA March 14, 2013

Hey guys just wanted to tell you about this update I just put up: http://pac.cmbaughman.com/pac/shooter_PAC_JB_4.2.2-v22.0.1_20130325-182700.zip this is a good one! Make sure though that for the next two releases (this one and the next) that you do a full wipe before flashing. Its because we been getting down with a ton lately. Lots and lots of settings fixes and changes. One part though, I am still working on. I am creating my own implementation of the wimax/4g reporting. People have asked forever in this thread and in DigitalHigh and my MIUI roms threads about a 4g icon and better rssi tracking in status bar and quick settings, so I am writing it in! I'm also creating my own quick settings toggle for 4g. They'll he done for next release in about 2 days or so. Anyway I mention because I noticed that instead of saying 3G its reporting just G but wimax is still normal. Like I say Ill have this by tomorrow or next day. Hope you guys dig it, it is fast and smooth and has some new things you'll dig. I'll have to list later though cause gotta get in some family time.

And as always thanks for all the support you guys are great, thank you!

Finally posted a decent update just now. I got the few network issues resolved if you noticed them. I have also updated just about every package in there many to the most recent stable Google repos. I am doing GSM now and VM after. I need a slight break but for me that just means tonight! Talk to everyone soon and I'll look at the most recent logcats in morning.

And just so folks know, we do have very limited 3D support as far as viewing and things. That's why a few folks have commented about it. Still working on that but it's been sort of on the back burner. I will be more actively looking at it now. It's tough because HTC purposely has made various public variables point to values that are "supposed" to be incorrect! It is to protect their proprietary technologies. This was orriginally discovered by Agrabren, and written in some comments I saw in his older device trees. I looked and he is correct, it's tough! But I think with various developers looking at it, it's something that a shared collective should be able to crack.

    Thanks everyone for you support!

Yes my man Lens is right. You can pull the papreferences.apk out of any PA ROM and put in /system/app then either use root explorer or whatever to change permissions to rw-r-r. Or using adb just push and change permissions with:

    adb push paprefs.apk /system/app/
    Then do
    adb shell chmod 644 /system/app/paprefs.apk

Just be sure to change paprefs.apk to whatever the actual name of that apk is.

I'm gonna start on a new build today but gotta work and do all the obligatory work/family/life stuff somewhere in between.

Hey cmbaughman, in an effort to make it easier to the less experienced users....I went ahead and made a flashable zip with the PA settings ready to go!

Feel free to put it up in the OP :)

Ok I am almost there for next release however still eorkibg on some things, one for instance is the signal bar because someone had asked for 4g icons even though our implementation of 4g is very very different from the standard so much so in fact that Google tried to do it as well if you look in their repo, but couldn't due to the vendor differences.

Also thank you Don for mentioning that we did make a change so that our PAC changelogs are a part of your settings menu. We worked on this a while ago and that's why I forgot to mention it. Ill also try to update it with all of the changes that I do as there are a ton, such as this work i been doing to get the 4g icons to work. It will be ready in another release or two. Ill have one tomorrow that is huge actually.
