Hello!

Today I resetted my GT-N5110 by choosing the option in the Android system recovery. I did it because after the update to Android 4.2.2 I got via OTA some Apps were determinated repeatedly. I also re-initialized the Firmware via Kies.
But, wenn I run Android system recovery it says "No command" an when I try to wipe the cache partition it says "Error!".
I never rooted or used a custom rom.
Does anyone have an idea??

I have the same problem, I'm in 4.2.2

I've made a wipe data, I can't make a wipe cache (it says Error and reboot),

and when i plug the tab in odin mode, Odin doesn't detect the device even if I check the debug mode, so i can't install another ROM or another kernel

So, how can i install an 4.1.2 ?

The device was NEVER rooted, no other kernel, and now i regret it :crying:

If you follow the steps on the following page, you should be able to get root with a pretty stock ROM with all the Samsung apps.

Done, but nothing change.
I'm always in 4.2.2 and can't make anything using Odin.

Does your operating system see (can mount) the N5110's filesystem(s)? If not, that's your problem right there. Unless the O/S can see your device, Odin (or any other program like heimdall, adb or fastboot) won't see it either.

Make sure you installed the right Samsung USB drivers (if using Windows). See:

http://samsung-phones-drivers.blogspot.com/2013/11/galaxy-note-80-gt-n5100-usb-driver.html

You could also try the Galaxy Note toolkit. See:

Yes, USB debug needs to be enabled in settings.

On your N5110, can you boot into recovery mode (also known as download mode)? If so, connect your N5110 to the computer and see if your O/S detects it. If not, try another USB port on your PC.

Also, try another USB cable. Sometimes the cheaper ones loosen up in the micro port on the N5110 and don't make a good connection.
