[Q] Please help , cannot start up the os

please help !!! yesterday when i do the ota update and restart everything was going bad....
i cannot start up my phone any more

this is the following screen what i can see

I only can boot to bootloader page only, can any one could help me ??? Thank Thank Thank

Those wrong colors on the splash screen look a lot like when I had a 4.4 system and a 4.3 kernel because the update failed. Try to reinstall the stock ROM using TWRP or CWM and then unpack boot.img from the ZIP and flash it using fastboot.

If ^ dosent work then try installing custom recovery using odin and completely install a new rom using the new recovery.
