Is it possible to get the feature from android 4.2+ when you swipe from left and see notifications, and swipe from right side of statusbar opens toggles? I'm on hyperion 9

Yes, this is possible.
It has already been implemented on some ROM, I am not sure which.
Search around for a guide on how you can implement it into your own ROM.

Go to lenox parts
Expanded options
Set type to tile view
