Hello Friends. After keeping you waiting for 10 days, here i present FIRST CUSTOM ROM for our beloved OPTIMUS 3D MAX P720H and P725.

HOW TO FLASH ????

FOLLOW THE VERY EASY STEPS TO FLASH THUNDERSNAP :

1. Download the zip from fromt he links given below.
2. Copy to the INTERNAL SD CARD
3. Boot into CWM RECOVERY using 3D key volume-down key and power key.
4. Wipe Data and Factory Reset
5. Install Zip from SDCARD.
6. Reboot

After installing the ROM and one day of usage. These are my feedback.

First of all, all the applications are properly deodexed. They load pretty fast.
The ui and responsiveness is pretty smooth.

Here are some of the things that probably is worth changing :
Status bar needs to be black for a professional look
Fonts need to the proper droidsans as the current font is too stylish to look professional. Though it can be provided as an option to change go settings though
The background of carrier and clear button needs to be black and the word thundersnap under the clear button does not look that good. You might reconsider placing the Rom name somewhere else though
The messages or any notification appear on a grey background which makes it difficult. To read virtually. This again can be changed to a pitch black one

Again these are my opinions and can vary with others taste. I really like the Rom and would be pleased if these changes are incorporated

Thanks for such a nice FEEDBACK. I would try to make a good rom in some days as it is just a 6 DAYS WORK of MINE.

I think one think that would help you make the ui more pleasing to your taste would be to use the uot kitchen. You can create your own themes and its very easy!

Yes eklovya. I really do appreciate that. You have been doing a great work for this phone.
First you provided us a proper and easy method of rooting, then a custom recovery and now a properly working custom Rom.

Thanks Eklovya! Work on P720

Hi O3DMax likers!

First of all, the P725 base working perfect on P720 (normal, non H version), but of corse the NFC doesn't.

Eklovya, I find litle strange bug in MLT.apk file. This file use many CPU time. Cause of this the governor clocked the CPU at 1GHz minimum. Battery drain fast.
After freezing or deleting the file, the drainage and the high CPU usage disappear, min freqv down to default 300MHz.

My mobile network (2G, 3G also) not working (maybe because the MLT.apk has deleted).

Anything else working like a charm! The batt life very good, after stock ROMs! Many, many thank!

Some info about the stock firmwares. The V10B has lower batt consumption than V10E (P720).

First of all Thanks for your hard work.
the rom seems to run very good. One Major problem is cpu/battery usage issue that
was already mentioned before. Not sure it was improved from the original one.
Besides the cosmetic things that were already mentioned One more thing is the network signal bar. When all the bars
are empty or empty with an x on them it looks different then with One or more bars full.
The rom is very good and works better than oroginal bit its those little things that can make it perfect.

I was puting my time to PORT ICS for p725, p720 ,p720h .
So was unable to make negative points positive one's.
Will try to make it more stable and increase the battery backup.

I believe ICS is better than GB so porting ICS will provide a rom that doesnt have those problem already.

It is 90% ported just dont have network connection.
And i am even unable to get it working
