FAQ

Since this is the second post I can post my FAQ onto here.

Q: What baseband do I have to be on?
A: The ROM is built for BB 49 and 52.

Q: Since the default camera is currently not working, is there any way I can take a photo?
A: Yes, Camera Illusion can take 800x480 photos.

Q: I have no signal after flashing ROM?
A: Go into app "Dev Tools", then Bad behavior and crash the system server.

Q: Can I use a custom kernel with the current version (0.2.0)?
A: Yes, you can! Just be aware that atm Trip will not give any help if you have problems with using a custom kernel. So dont post bugs regarding custom kernels in the thread.

Q: Why wont apps/games like Angry Birds install?
A: Very known bug, unmount SD card (settings-system-SD Card Settings), install game then mount it again.

Q: I have no contacts in SMS app, why?
A: Go into SMS app, choose settings, then advanced and turn off fixed number filtering.

Q: Why isnt my language supported in the GB keyboard?
A: That seems to be a bug, but download Gingerbread keyboard + language pack (from the same developer) on market.

Q: Whats the changelog the newest version? (If not posted on OP)
A: Trip nearly always post the changelog in the thread, look for it first insted of asking.

Q: This ROM is very laggy!?!?
A: Before saying this, let the ROM settle down for a couple of hours. Its important that you wipe all data and cache in xrecovery before flashing this ROM also. And for more smoothness in launcher, turn of shadows in Launcher settings.
