There is a difference between native android apps2sd and dark tremors apps2sd. Native apps2sd put a large portion of the app in a secure folder on your sdcard. Dark tremor's, utilizes an ext partition, essentially "fooling" the system into thinking your ext partition is actually your data/app. The whole app is installed directly to your ext partition. Dark tremor's method saves mass amounts of space, but can shorten the life of your sdcard. While native android a2sd saves space it's not nearly as much as dark tremor's...

So, i reinstalled a2sd and i noticed that when i look in root explorer i dont see my sd-ext folder like i use to. I also noticed if i go into my data/app folder it is seeing my ext because the disk space matches my ext partition of 2gb. I've never seen it do this before, i've always had a seperate folder for sd-ext. I can also see sd-ext in TBackup!

That's actually cool that it tells you your available space on the partition... That means that its working perfectly, the system thinks your ext partition is data/app... I've never got the sd/ext listed in sense when running a2sd only on aosp roms...

yes wimax is enabled, and the base is the official sprint ruu/ota/whatever you wanna call it.
is the builtin kernel capable of ext4
and less important does it have tun support
Aaron

Just curious, for someone that hasnt installed RC1 yet, but about to, should I wait a little bit? I dont really need tun support, but if its a later build, I would rather not do 2 installs tonight.
