Please help change partition size too 64gb.
I change flash memory and I can not change the partition USERDATA
How to do it through ADB or terminal?

There is no Nexus 5 64GB model. I'm not sure what the problem is. Is it that your Nexus 5 is showing only half of its memory (e.g. 16GB instead of 32GB)?

This is a known problem. Try this:

There are no doubt many other fixes, probably on XDA itself - I found this link in 30 seconds.
Edit: I don't know why you're displaying pictures of these screens. They don't seem relevant to the question you're asking - or maybe I think that because I have no idea what they're supposed to mean. Google is your friend (mostly).

From what I gather, he's replaced the internal memory chip of his phone with a 64GB one (Look at the last pic on the imageshack link he sent) but is unable to use it.

I asked this man to help me, but he does not answer anything.

I bought it here, priced at $ 35 new (Kiev/Ukraine)
I was able to run only until 32 GB
But now he writes and reads to 2 times faster, because now EMMC 5.0 (it was 4.5)

Why don't you make a tutorial to change the emmc in the general section? I think there would more people notice it and mayby somone has an idea to fix the problem withe the 64gb. And it would be pretty cool if you could show how you unsolderd and resolderd the emmc.

Wow great work my friend,nothing to add. You make me wanna try ,only for the speed improvement. I m a technician with 10 year soldering experience in phone repair, but how can you be sure all the solder pads on the new chip go in the right position? You have to be super carefull
