Could be various things, my guess is its probably slightly faster and includes mods.

I just used it for a little while. It has a setting to force scrolling cache but even after reboot I didnt really notice the difference. Weather (small text by carrier label) in pull down. Not sure what else... it wasnt worth losing all my data cause I gotta go out tonight - so restoring to this for now.
You can swap out the Rom control system app from the new ics b22 rom with the one in this rom if you want to try scrolling cache and other tweaks. (Remove old app, Copy and paste, fix permissions and reboot).
EDIT - ok, so let me reiterate by saying that the romcontrol system app will install on this rom but, it doesnt look like the weather in the pull down is working so not sure if scrolling cache is. Charging my phone but will check into it later.

I had reverted back to CM7 after trying v.01 because of how much I rely on GPS and was getting tons of lag and random reboots. However, v.02 has been great. I took the advice of raising min freq to 348 and have not had any force closes or reboots. GPS also works great. Good job on this update.

Oh Gapps... I forgot to install that. Its working now. But I still can't get it to talk back to me. But It does voice search now.
I may have an idea for EMMC.... I seem to recall running some ROM in the past (the original Uber Z?) that symlinked EMMC to mnt/sdcard/emmc, have any of you tried that? EMMC shows up just fine in ASTRO

It seems that there is an interesting bug with Lockscreen wallpapers. Every once in a blue moon, your device may do a 'soft-reboot'. I can go into the technical details of why this happens, but basically it comes down to displaying a large 'picture' and Java/Android not correctly cleaning up the references to it, thus creating a memory leak. This is extremely rare it happens, and I've only noticed it happen while the device is NOT being used. If you're concerned, please just remove the lockscreen wallpaper and it will never happen to you. I'm trying to find a way to make this 100% stable.
