Best battery rom?

I'm sorry for my bad English. My D802 has bad battery time.

My phone is rooted I use 4.4.2 cloudyflex 2.4 Rom + DorimanX 4.9 (Extra battery) + Greenify (all apps sleeping) + I did hard reset but my screen time dont above 3 hours.Help me!

Do you have android OS keep awake bug? I also felt that all custom roms based on stock have that bug

We do not allow best ROM/Kernel threads on XDA. What is best for someone else may not be what is best for you as everyone has their own needs and their own idea of what's best. Best advice is to head over to the development section, try some out and see which best suits your needs.
