During its normal operation, without anything strange. My Omate stuck and the watch is hanged out. I cant even shutdown it or restart it. Can anyone help me in this issue. How can I make soft reset for my Omate

You can't. Had this myself. You must take out the battery. Doesn't matter if you do as the Omate has no water protection warranty anymore anyways.
It's not true that you can't restart it.
Only thing you need is ADB shell on your PC (if you have MTK Droid tools you have it)
Connect watch and open ADB shell, write this:
Adb reboot
Hit enter and that's it...
