If ariza patch only flash patched modem it will not work. Because new kernel check modem signatur.

V06 online patch ready MG Rom and Android 4.3 working.can be installed on My apk patch.
did v6 patch work for you?
I have ready patch for 4.3 rom but it need init.d support for run a script or run command manually or ask to add my mod from kernel developer

bro developers already released the custom kernel supporting init.d support, so what if install a custom rom(official 4.3) with root, then flash a kernel supporting init.d execution, then put your xxx.sh file in root/etc/init.d folder and after that apply patch 06 and reboot so that just after applying the patch and during 1st startup your xxx.sh file will be executed and thus preventing kernel to change efs/modem to mess up things, would that work?
bro i didn't recommend it, i was asking to the zuluman weather its possible or not, but if u search development section you may find few 4.3 kernels from googy_max and and others..

Yes work. You dont need 06 patch.
I will try my zip with custom kernel than relase it wait alittle bit
