Many thanks for your clear answer. Obviously I'm aware it's a touchy subject.The way to unlock from FRP, is to log into the device using the same Google account that the device was last using.
Any further discussion of bypassing FRP is prohibited on XDA. While I'm sure you're just stuck, there is no way for those responding to be able to separate the honest owners and an individual who can tell a good story [emoji846].
It would not surprise me that a hardware replacement is the factory's solution. Once a chip locks, the quickest solution is to replace that chip.

I'm not aware of a Microsoft package (I'm guessing you're looking for something like open gapps). Though I don't use Microsoft products [emoji6]
