ok, but i need also wifi, i need to fix because i use wifi at work.

I don't want to sound rude but did you ever noticed that faux has TWO types of kernel. One AOSP and One SENSE.

Flash the AOSP one for ICS and your done

Is it usable as a DD and are the bugs really noticeable? Compared to hypersensation

Your going to have to be specific since there's too many hypersensation threads and there's no way to know which is which unless you add something like cm9, aokp, sense and etc

Just take the media-profiles.xml in system/etc and replace it with the one that's current

I guess the bugs are some camcorder modes, wifi tethering, YouTube etc. Could refer to cm9 thread to check them out. They are almost the same.

Uhhh let's see youtube is working so is bluetooth so is wifi tethering and so are all camcorder
If you read the CM9 thread then you should know that

Since 1.2 i cant install some programs... Google Goggles and QR Droid for example. They won't show up anymore in Play and Titanium Backup just freezes while restoring those apps....
I was upgading from 1.1 (working fine with all apps) so i thought this might be the issue, but a fresh install after a wipe did the same....
Something got broken in 1.2

I flashed the aosp, version 005 beta 3, with wifi fix but don t work. Anyone can help me?if the wifi doesn t work i must flash another rom

Install the gapps and the problem is gone.

Did you try the kernel version 4? For me both are working.

So youtube works in both portrait AND landscape mode for you? Could you maybe be more help in telling me what I need to submit in order to figure out what is wrong with mine?

Anybody having problems installing gapps? I'm still not seeing the browser apk, do i have to push it manually? Sorry if this is already a solved problem but skimming through the thread, i did not see anything about it. I'm running faux kernel if that is any help at all but im pretty sure that's not it. Maybe a bad install?
