Ok. Deinstalled the old version. And now it's installing properly but half the app now is in Chinese again....

Sorry, but Google and Chinesse Gobern are in trouble now, so no chinesse can develop ar try any google apps.

I found something. When I switch my system language to English US it's OK and in full English. When I switch back to Dutch it's in Chinese again. Does that help you in finding a solution?

I habe the same problem with German system language.

That is the thing I moded. By default the language is english for english system and chinese for the others.
I looked into the code and everything its OK, Im using it in a spanish system and I have everything in english except some sentences
