Friends here is the third version of Jet series
This time a unique system of branching is being introduced.
So let me tell u about the scheme
1. Jet 1.2 will receive OTA updates in form of flashable update packages and each update will have new theming in it.
2. It will not have any performance improvement but will be visual variation.
3. Along with the Jet 1.2 updates u will also get Jet 1.3 and so on which will be an experimental build with some new features so no ETA can be told
4. This Jet 1.2 being an initial release of theming then let me call it Jet 1.2 RC1

Features of Jet 1.1
+
1. Custom Framework includes
a) New battery icon(1% battery coming soon in Jet 1.2 RC 2)
b) Black status bar
c) New status bar icons
d) New spinner and scrollers
2. Added both ADW and Launcher pro
3. Sony Bravia Engine for better image quality
4. Faster GPS
5. Battery tweaks
6. Added Punjabi,Telugu,Gujarati,Assamese,Oriya,Marathi,Hindi,Kannada font support
7. Removed Music app and replaced with new
8. Updated Superuser app
9. More Network tweaks

*framework:This framework is designed wholly in a manual method and not by using UOT kitchen.
*bugs:1) The text in the notification bar is black and not visible
2)The date and time in left corner is not visible
These two bugs left by mistake due to hurry and lack of time and i will correct it in RC2 till then as a solution open zip go to system/framework and replace the framework-res.apk and services.jar with the one in jet 1.1 and then flash but pls note that look will revert back to original

sd card problem

hey .. in previous version of jet 1.1 there is a problem .. sd card unmount and mount automatically ... hope u fix that issue in this version...

I am following all the micromax threads for quite some time.
Fakta te sd card automatic unmounting & mounting cha bagh na jara...
Nahitar khup trass hoto re...
ek ek app reinstall karayla lagta....

problem

bro rom is good but only one thing i dont know that in notifications the color is black due to which nothing visible there and also bechmark gives it 465 but in stock rom i got 540

Yes I have solved that problem in rc2.
And yes does the benchmark is the only source of determining the rating the Rom?
I personally hate that quadrant app bcoz it's very very buggy app.
The true and bugfree benchmark app is antutu.
So scoring benchmarks and rating rom is false. :p

hey whats about the sd problem ( unexpectedly removed and mount automatically) ... plz fix it otherwise the rom is excellent.. :) :)

dude...
I am having only one problem that is I am unable to login or create my google account for android market. It wasn't happening on the stock rom. I have an active gprs pack and I am able to browse sites and everything but not able to connect to google account service.

Whenever I try to login or create a google account I get the following error:

"This could be a temporary problem or your phone may not be provisioned for data services. Please try again when connected to a mobile network, or connect to a Wi-Fi network. If the problem continues, call Customer Care"

As I said earlier, my GPRS connection is working flawlessly and I can browse the web.

Are u using gmail app to do this or stock email app?
If u r using Gmail app then go to Settings > Applications > Manage applications, and tap the Google Apps entry. Then tap 'Clear data', and tap 'OK' to confirm. Clear every application cache and storage related 'google'

And yes did u factory reset before flashing the ROM?
Hey anyone facing same prob?????

sorry for the trouble mate...!!!
I am able to login now(stock email app). I did a factory reset and before installing anything tried to login and it worked. Now I am able to go to the market and download stuff again. Earlier I had restored my apps via titanium backup and then I tried to login to the market and it didn't work. Must be because of some app I guess. Now all is well. Rom works wonderful. Waiting for the next update!!! :D

Remember u all have to factory reset b4 installing any ROM to experience it to the extremity.
