I've just got a htc hero that is rooted and I to would like to add my app2sd without loading a custom rom
Can anyone help lol

You would have to flash a custom 2.1 rom to have apps2sd as well as a 2nd partition on your sd card

Is it possible with APP2SD application on rooted 2.1 original rom with created ext partition on SD card ? has anyone tested it?

1. Backup your SD Card
2. Download Amon Recovery
3. Format your SD Card (32Mb SWAP, 512Mb EXT2, FAT32 rest)
4. Convert EXT2 to EXT3
5. Flash new ROM with APPS2SD support

Hi, can anyone please detail out as to how to get apps2sd installed in my Xperia X10i.

I have Xperia X10i with 2.1. I have installed Z4Root and its rooted through it. How can I move all my apps to SD card. I really need my phone memory to be freedup as many apps like angry birds, tom cat, etc are above 14 meg. I am running short of space.

Please let me know if there are any other ways to get the apps moved to SD Card.

Isn't it possible to make a symlink from flash towards your SD card, so that you can put apps on your sdcard in R2.1?
