I have tried launcher and widget galaxy s4 from here http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2259228
in stock xperia ion jelly bean deodex .211 and 1.96
runs good just a little bug in the notification icon does not appear

it was the thought of how I could be ported xperia devices like Galaxy S4 display

For bootanimation you can use this. I have try it and it work. Push manually into system/media using root explorer with correct permission rw-r-r..
Back up your default bootanimation.zip if you want to switch back later..

However it will look weird because bootkernel is SONY then SAMSUNG will appear for bootanimation..
