Hello

PROBLEM
Recently I have been facing issues with my nexus overnight battery drain. The battery drain is quite shocking (30-35% overnight). The irony is that using my nexus over two-three hours drains less battery than keeping it on overnight in deep sleep mode.

BEST SETTINGS FOR CRAZY BATTERY SCREEN TIME

I'm using 4.4.2 with elementalx kernel(2.12) with 800 undervolt, 1350ghz processor with 400 GPU.
I disable all double tap to wake up, slide to sleep features with all default settings except I use battery life extender at 4100mah (83-85% charge).
With these settings I have extremely good screen time over 6+ hours (I never calculated it but watching two movies of 4 hours only drain 32-38:victory:% battery with software decoder using headphones with MX player pro.

The reason for sticking with 4.4.2 is that on 4.4.3/4.4.4 the battery life doesn't reprpduce same for me.Also I face some ghost touches on latter updates.

On dalvik, I experience no problems on 4.4 to 4.4.2 but sometimes ghost touches on art which solve after a restart. In safe mode, there are no ghost touches in art!

Currently I'm on art.

APPS AND SETTINGS HELPING ME WITH GREAT BATTERY

I have greenify, wake lock detecter with Google search frozen(using titanium backup); location turned off, no NFC , no Bluetooth, WiFi only when required, sync on only for contacts, keep, chrome and I am using two gmail accounts.
All other apps like quick office, maps, earth, YouTube, newsletter, currents etc have been disabled! I don't leave WiFi on overnight!

All applications that require root are greenified/frozen until if required which is rare so I refreeze them afterwards.

All applications identified by wake lock detector are greenified! (Not using xposed framework to greenify system apps)

I use "show touches" on my device in dev options to keep track of ghost touches etc!

IRONY :
The irony is, android system and android OS drain about 9+12 % of my overall battery in deep sleep with my screen taking only 27% with over 13 hours time.

This means Google services are draining battery but I can't point out which on!

WHAT I'M THINKING OF DOING
I guess I'll update my Google play services and update with results! Version 4.4.52 is a battery killer !

Tried version 5

Battery life has considerable improved!
