About that auto-unmount SD card when connected, you can work around it by using MTP mode. It's not a "problem", that's just the way it works.
Code:
Settings > Xperia™ > Connectivity > USB connection mode > MTP
I did several tests, but in fact, it doesn't correspond to that I'm searching for. I was searching more like "Always ask me".
I'm using a widget (widgetsoid) to plug/unplug the sdcard. But since ICS, a service
automatically plug the card when we plug the USB, and even I unplug the card with the widget, the service plug it again :(
Finally, I solved my problem by chosen the option MSC again, and freezed the services USB capability and Storage capability. Now, only my widget is activating/disactivating the USB :D

This is the fastest ICS rom I've tried so far... It's almost perfect...

Three things that would make this an CM9 killer would be:

- a restart option when you hold down the power key
- some quick settings in the status bar
- The ability to see battery life in percent instead in the status bar

Anyway, great work, thanks

Do HD games work OK? I switched back to GB from Arconium 1.x because of touch problems - is v2.0 worth another look?

I also tried the rom. It is not bad. However, there are 2 things that made me return to MooDed ics rom: first is the battery stats not appearing and second, I want the additional shortcuts (wifi, data, bluetooth etc) when I slide down the notification bar. If you can change those then it will be a good rom (friendly comment: don't waste time developing the graphical installation..)

You can find some of those in the themes section.
(friendly answer: I enjoy doing it, so why not? :p)

Arconium ICS 2.1 released!
There you go, I hope this version lasts longer.

I've added a new script which you can choose during installation; move dalvik-cache to /system partition. Keep in mind that it is very risky and system will be unstable if it runs out of space on /system. The best part is, you gain a lot of free space on /data by moving it away from there and that means you can install more apps.

Anyways, post here like usual if you find any issues with the installer or the ROM itself.

Hi Doomed.

Just flashed 2.1 a few minutes ago. Found two bugs so far. When flashing ends, the log says I chose LT15 when I had chosen LT18. The first time I thought I had made a mistake in the aroma menu so I flashed it a second time and the same thing happened. The CPU is running at 1.4ghz though. So no biggy.
Second bug: even though I chose to keep the stock switch widgets, all of them show up except for the wireless data widget (which happens to be the one I use the most).
Still you're doing a really great job. Keep it up!

First bug: Confirmed but the correct build.prop was copied, so no biggie.
Second bug: You mean mobile data widget? It's a separate item than On/Off Widgets.

Thanks for the feedback.

EDIT: Uploading a fixed package now. No changes except for the first bug mentioned above.

    Known Issues for 5.0

    • Touch controls might not work in AROMA Installer.
    • As with stock ICS, phone/contacts may take a while to start for the first time after boot.
    • If you didn't do a full wipe when coming from 4.1.B.0.431, you might have problems deleting bloatware.

    Troubleshooting

    • Flash the corresponding modules from the kernel you use (unless "modules included" is written) to make sure WiFi works properly.
    • If touch doesn't work in AROMA Installer, you can use hardware keys to navigate (like CWM).

    Installation

    1. Copy update zip to SD card.
    2. Flash a suitable baseband using FlashTool.
    3. Flash one of the listed kernels or any compatible ones.
    4. Boot into ClockworkMod Recovery.
    5. Flash zip package.
    6. Follow on-screen instructions.
    7. Reboot.
